Delivery information

  • Delivery is Free in the UK and international delivery is at a standard charge of £5
  • Postage is made to you as soon as we have received payment for your order.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days before querying your delivery if you live in the UK.
  • Please allow 5-10 working days before querying your delivery for international deliveries. We will check your order status and give you an update.

Payment Option

At Driann we use the Paypal payment option which is a reputable payments merchant where you will be able to make your payment safely online. You can make payment using all major debit and credit cards. You can also make payment for your order if you do not have a Paypal account. Please also see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately.  

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and need to make a return, please return your item it in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. All you need to do is email notify us by emailing our information services at info@driann.com we will then send you a form for you to fill out regarding your returns with the procedures for how you can return your item. We will not be able to provide you with your refund until your item has been received.
